Everything You Need to Know for
We’re so excited to welcome you to PRIME on March 8th! To help you make the most of your day, here’s everything you need to know ahead of the event.
Arrival & Check-In
Please plan to arrive at least 10–15 minutes early if you’ve booked a Morning Movement class. This ensures you have time for check-in, your InBody scan, and getting settled before
your session.
If you do not have a class booked, the event is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., so feel free to come by anytime! When you arrive, simply check in and our team will guide you.
Your signed waiver is required for entry to the event and ensures you can enjoy all of the experiences safely. If you haven’t already, please take a moment to complete your waiver.
WHAT TO BRING
For the full PRIME experience, we recommend bringing:
Comfortable workout attire
Swimsuit (for cold plunge / sauna)
Sandals or slides (required)
Hair ties / clips
Towels, wetbags, and reusable water bottles will be provided in your gift bag!
Quick reminder: Daylight Saving Time starts Sunday, March 8th—clocks move forward one hour, so plan accordingly!

Staff will be available at all activations to assist you throughout the day. Listen to your body, stay hydrated, and enjoy the day at your own pace!
