Wellness is not the line item.
Workforce continuity is.
KOVA is a measured, on-site corporate health program. Every month, for a year, we assess your whole workforce where they already work, and turn what we find into an outcome your budget can defend.
For a decade, wellness vendors have measured the same things: step counts, app downloads, lunch-and-learn attendance. The outcome has been the same: a benefit nobody points to in the next budget meeting.
Wellness spend that cannot defend itself against your risk register is a perk.
Wellness is the wrong word.
Here is the right one.
Every entry on the right is a budget line procurement already understands. Every entry on the left has been filed under soft costs.
One program. Four pressures defended.
Workforce continuity
Absenteeism, presenteeism, and the slow cost of a team running under capacity, measured across the year.
Insurable population health
The cardiovascular and metabolic factors your insurer prices. Tracked for the whole population, so you can see them move.
Cognitive load capacity
Sleep, recovery, and stress, quantified for the people carrying the most decisions.
Talent infrastructure
A visible, measurable investment in every employee, at every level.
The most measurable health program is the building people already work in.
Everything built outside the workplace competes with the workday and loses. KOVA runs inside it. No clinic visits. No off-site days. Nothing for HR to schedule. We arrive, run alongside the day, and leave before close.
A year, measured.
Twelve months. Twelve on-site activations. One continuous arc. Every month, KOVA comes to your workplace with assessment stations and expert-led sessions. The structure is the same across every engagement, and the sessions inside it are tailored to your workforce at onboarding.
Quarter 01 · Foundation.
Every employee enters through the same first assessment set: body composition, grip strength, blood pressure, movement. Monthly sessions introduce the fundamentals: what these numbers mean and why they matter. Each person leaves with their own starting picture.
Includes: baseline assessment, body composition, movement screening, metabolic fundamentals session
Quarter 02 · Performance.
The mid-year reassessment. Strength and capacity are measured against month one, and the first comparison, for each employee and for the population, is where engagement locks in. Sessions turn to strength, energy, and everyday performance.
Includes: mid-year reassessment, strength and capacity, performance sessions, first population report
Quarter 03 · Resilience.
Focus shifts to recovery, sleep, and stress. Assessments track how the workforce is holding up through the year, and your population reporting begins to show the operational story: engagement, participation, and shifts across the team.
Includes: recovery and sleep sessions, stress capacity assessment, mid-program population report
Quarter 04 · Longevity.
The year comes into view. Every employee sees their twelve-month progression; you see the population's. The final assessment closes the program, and becomes the baseline for the year ahead.
Includes: year-end assessment, individual progress review, annual population report, year-two baseline
Extended adds biomarker testing and one-to-one coaching at any point in the year. See Programs below.
What we measure, and what it tells you.
Each employee owns their results. You receive aggregate, de-identified reporting on your population.
Body composition
Lean mass, fat mass, and how they change over the year.
The first and most visible data point. Captured across the year to show the direction of travel.
Cardiovascular
Blood pressure and resting rhythm.
The most common silent risk in any workforce, tracked for every employee.
Recovery
Heart rate variability and stress capacity.
How well your people recover, and how much load they can carry.
Functional strength
Grip and muscular capacity.
One of the most validated predictors of long-term health, measured at every activation.
Everything KOVA measures lives in one place. From the first month, each employee sees their body composition, blood pressure, strength and recovery logged over time, alongside their habits and their upcoming sessions.
Biomarkers
Blood-based markers across metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, and inflammatory systems.
Depth matched to your goals. Results reviewed and explained.
Correlated insight
This is where the data starts to connect. As biomarkers and coaching are added, the platform stops showing separate numbers and starts showing the reason behind them: why recovery is low, what is driving stress, what to change.
One method, three deliveries.
The same twelve-month arc for every engagement. What changes is how deep the measurement goes, how much support surrounds each person, and how personal their data becomes.
Program 01 · Standard.
For the whole workforce. Twelve monthly on-site activations, assessments across the year, expert sessions tailored to your population, and every employee gets their own data platform from day one.
Program 02 · Extended.
Everything in Standard, plus biomarker testing and one-to-one coaching. Employees see what's happening beneath the surface, and have someone to help them act on it. Available for the whole workforce or by individual opt-in, at any point in the year.
Program 03 · Executive.
For senior leadership, executive cohorts, founders, and high-performance teams. The full method, fully customized. Cadence, depth, and format designed around the group, with biomarkers, coaching, and wearables throughout.
Programs can be employer-paid, cost-shared, or offered as an employee opt-in.
Every program begins with a conversation about your workforce. →
The data that used to live on the leadership floor, now on every floor.
The most useful health data has lived inside executive concierge clinics for two decades: body composition, cardiovascular capacity, recovery. The cost was the moat. KOVA was built to remove it.
The result is the rarest thing in corporate health: a program the whole population actually uses.
A number on its own is just another thing to worry about.
"I did not know I was burned out until I stopped, because nothing I was doing measured it. That is why I built KOVA. Most programs hand people a number and leave them to work out what it means, and a number on its own is just another thing to worry about. When you can see your sleep, your recovery and your stress together, you find the real reason behind whatever is holding you back, and once you can see the reason, you can change the habit behind it. KOVA teaches people how their own body works while there is still time to do something about it."
